About the Role
On Behalf of our client, ALL Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Officer to manage end-to-end human resource functions for a national community services provider.
The primary duties of this position include:
- Managing the interview process for vacant positions
- Oversee and provide guidance to staff on merit selection processes in shortlisting and interviewing applicants, including phone and face-to-face interview
- Contemporary Human Resource functions and administrativeduties
- Maintenance of Staff Files utilising Human Resource Information System, and hard copy archiving,
- Coordinating panel members, scheduling and monitor administrative requirements for interview thorugh to induction of new staff members
- Administration, report writing and compliance responsibilities
- Contribute to positive team culture
- WHS responsibilities
Selection Criteria
- Minimum 3 years in a recruitment setting
- Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate your own administrative tasks
- Excellent computer literacy, including keyboard skills and spreadsheet utilisation, with aptitude for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a busy and challenging environment with a positive, friendly attitude
- Interpersonal skills necessary to empathise and communicate with employees at every level of the organisation and its stakeholders
Qualifications & Licenses
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or Recruitment (desired)
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- C-Class Drivers License
