All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services is seeking an experienced and highly personable People & Workforce Development Manager for a values driven organisation delivering critical services across remote Northern Territory communities.

This is not a traditional HR role.

This position forms part of the organisation’s key leadership group and will suit someone who is agile, grounded and genuinely people focused. The successful candidate will help shape workforce strategy and organisational capability, while also remaining hands on in operational workforce matters and leadership support.

The role will lead initiatives across workforce planning, leadership development, staff wellbeing, reward and recognition, workforce capability and organisational culture, helping create a safe, sustainable and values aligned workforce across remote NT communities.

This is a strongly NT focused role. Local knowledge, relationships and understanding of remote environments will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning and capability development initiatives
  • Build workforce systems, frameworks and leadership pathways
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce retention
  • Coach and support leaders through workforce and people matters
  • Lead workforce wellbeing and WHS initiatives
  • Build relationships with communities, stakeholders and training providers
  • Promote a strong values aligned culture across the organisation

Essential Experience

  • Experience in workforce leadership, HR or organisational development
  • Experience working with or alongside remote communities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
  • Understanding of workforce challenges in remote or regional environments
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities

Desirable

  • Experience in disability, youth, homelessness or community services
  • Experience building People & Culture or workforce functions
  • Experience working in remote NT environments
