Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO & Mayor

Location: Palmerston & surrounds 

Arrangement: Casual Labour Hire with Full Time Hours 

Rate: $48.00 Per Hour (inc. casual loading) 

ALL Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join a local government council responsible for planning and delivery of a range of services within the Palmerston Region. 

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and Mayor, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced professional who excels in managing executive tasks, supporting day-to-day operations, and streamlining processes for maximum efficiency. You will be an integral part of helping the CEO and Mayor stay organised and efficient, while also facilitating effective communication and coordination within the organisation.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is a must.
  • Senior-level experience in executive or administrative support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillls.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to challenge and use initiative.
  • Team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work outside of business hours as required
