AO3 Call Centre Operator

All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an AO3 Call Centre Operator for a temporary role with the possibility to become ongoing.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to manage a large work load, have skills to deal with a sometimes challenging client base, and be flexible with competing demands.

• Maroochydore location
• Temporary role for approx. 3 months with the possibility of extension
• $48.90 per hour including casual loading

Duties include:

• Providing high quality customer service and support using a range of software packages and databases to maintain and improve administration processes.
• Liaising, consulting, and maintaining effective relationships with team members, internal and external customers, and other stakeholders.
• Providing general administrative support and developing and maintaining administrative procedures and systems.
• Implementing and administering departmental information systems, including those relating to financial, human resource management, correspondence, and records management.

Requirements:

• Manage priorities, meet tight deadlines, and apply attention to detail to deliver consistent quality service with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Are able to work with a sometimes challenging client base.
