We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an organization dedicated to improving access to optometry services in Aboriginal communities across the Northern Territory. Their mission focuses on preventing avoidable vision loss by providing direct services, guiding policy, conducting research, and delivering eye health training to primary health care practitioners. They work in close collaboration with other organizations to create meaningful change in the communities they serve.
Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join their team and support the coordination of bookings and schedules across various Northern Territory communities. Key Responsibilites:
- Coordinate and manage appointments and bookings across multiple Northern Territory communities.

- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the efficiency of the organization’s service delivery.
