AO4 Human Resource Officer

All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an AO4 Human Resource Officer for a temporary role until 17/8/26 with possible extension.

• $58.02 – $63.69 p/h including casual loading
• Sunshine Coast location

Duties include:

• Independently undertake operational recruitment activities, applying your knowledge of recruitment and selection policies to deliver successful outcomes.
• Work closely with selection panels, providing confident and informed advice to guide decision-making, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and uphold fair and transparent processes that align with business needs.
• Assist with establishment management, remuneration, and conditions, while maintaining accurate HR systems and documentation, such as SAP HR, organisational charts, and FTE reporting.
• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional service, offering advice and support on workforce management strategies, compliance, and process improvements.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, and HR policies within the Queensland Public Sector.

Requirements

• Must have previous experience in a Human Resource Officer or similar role.
• You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict and balance stakeholder needs effectively. Resilience, adaptability, and the capacity to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment are essential.
• Must be able to pass a Criminal History check.
