Customer Service Team Leader
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are seeking a customer service team leader for a permanent role in Bells Creek.
$65,000 - $75,000 p.a
About the Position
This is a two-year fixed term full time position, commencing as soon as possible. The position requires working on site at our facility on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager by managing communications throughout the order process
- Liaise with Account Managers with regards to potential sales leads and general co-ordination of their account customers
- Co-ordinate orders for all customers ensuring any anomalies are notified
- Liaise with Production, Transport & Despatch staff as required for the manufacture and delivery of goods
- Liaise with all customers, selected vendors, and external field sales
- Liaise with management team to assist in developing Customer Service policies and procedures
- Assist with training new staff
- Lead customer service and provide feedback to team members and ensure customer service operations are flowing efficiently and effectively
- Answer all Customer Service questions on orders in a timely manner
- Monitor the flow of order process and solve problems
- Work with Despatch & Transport staff on scheduling and deliveries
- Work to meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Respond to general team member email enquiries
- Any other duties reasonably expected for a customer service officer.
Skills and Experience Required
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or client account management
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance
- Must have experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industries
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to ‘plan to succeed’
- Excellent capacity to comply with site and company safety policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
- Strong IT skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook); experience with Google Docs also desirable, Pronto experience an advantage.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise workload, adapt to change, maintain composure under pressure and maintain a positive and professional attitude towards team members and clients
