Administration Officer
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an Administration Officer for a temporary role in Coen, Cape York
- Part Time hours, 4 hours a day Mon – Thurs
- Can be performed in Coen or remoteley in Cairns with occasional travel to Coen
Duties include:
- Assist with accurate, timely, and responsive services, including registering and handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation.
- Booking of travel and accommodation.
- Data entry, filing, document management, maintaining database, and office support.
- Assisting with timesheet collection and submission.
- Minute taking of meetings.
- Ordering goods as directed by the General Manager.
- Other general admin duties as required.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate, use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook.
- Mature outlook with team orientation and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks, and show initiative.
