We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Principal Asset Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to asset investment planning and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support asset investment planning and management systems
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across various teams
• Oversee project work from initiation to successful delivery
• Conduct scenario analysis and optimise workflows
• Manage portfolio risk, prioritisation, and budgeting
• Translate strategic plans into actionable milestones and performance metrics
• Forecast resource requirements and identify delivery efficiencies
• Maintain a comprehensive view of portfolio performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A recognised Australian three- to four-year degree in Science or Engineering
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
• Proven leadership abilities to drive change, influence decisions, and promote innovation
• Strong collaboration skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external teams
• Industry experience in utilities or a similar sector, focusing on portfolio and program management
• Expertise in applying risk-based asset investment planning strategies
• Experience in project development and management
• Ability to identify and implement business process improvements
